If you’re looking for a refreshing dessert during the summer heat, try these summer berries in champagne. Sweet and tart berries in a chilled glass of champagne, with a scoop of ice cream and almond biscuits on the side. You could gather blueberries, raspberries, and mint in the forest, then return home and prepare this summery combination. If you’re lucky, you might find wild strawberries. And grandmothers often have blackberries in their garden or in the freezer.
