Directions
- Divide the dough into as many portions as there are desired variations. ≈ 3 min
- Add the fragrances to each portion. For the lemon, squeeze the juice of one lemon into the dough, reducing the amount of water slightly.
- For the walnut or hazelnut version, add 100g of finely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts. ≈ 4 min
- Add a touch of apricot or raspberry jam, diluted with a few drops of lemon juice, along with vanilla sugar, or an orange or pear extract. ≈ 3 min
- Flatten the dough so it’s easy to spread, then spread it evenly on a cold baking sheet to a thickness of 1.5 to 2 cm.
- When it is frozen solid and can be cut, cut it into small rectangles or cubes using a damp knife. ≈ 8 min
- If you wish, you can coat the candies with chocolate. ≈ 3 min
- Cut out pieces of tissue paper and colorful wrapping paper to the desired size, fray the edges, and then wrap the candies once they are completely cool.
