Mandarin jam with candied peel
A tangerine jam with thin strips of peel, blanched and steeped in sugar for two days. It has a fragrant and slightly bitter flavor.
Tangerines and their candied peels create a jam with a distinctive flavour. The two-stage maceration process softens the bitterness of the peels.
