Apricot jam with red wine and almonds
A Serbian apricot jam made with ripe apricots, red wine, sugar, and ground almonds, ready in just 1.5 hours.
The red wine gives this apricot jam a deep color and a fruity note, while the ground almonds add a bit of body. Like all the Serbian winter preserves, it is kept in jars.
