Walnut dark chocolate cake
A flourless walnut cake, topped with a thick layer of melted dark chocolate and cream. It is served with homemade whipped cream.
This cake owes a great deal to the walnuts and breadcrumbs, which replace the flour. Its layer of dark chocolate makes it very rich and decadent.
