Directions

  1. Cut the lamb’s lips into pieces and cook them. Add them to a pot with water, salt, and let them simmer for about an hour.
  2. While the meat is cooking, chop the carrots and add them first. Then add the leek, kohlrabi, and thyme.
  3. Cut the lamb’s lips into pieces, then sear them before adding them to the pot. ≈ 8 min
  4. Finally, add the potatoes and the sprig of thyme. Continue to cook until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Taste and add salt if needed. ≈ 2 min
