Directions
- Separate the chicken from its skin and bones. ≈ 2 min
- Cut the flesh into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
- Carefully arrange the slices on the chicken skin. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- For the filling, soak the dried apricots in water for 1 hour.
- Rinse them, dry them, and chop them using a food processor. ≈ 8 min
- Add to the farce the chopped walnuts, eggs, ginger, and parsley. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the filling evenly over the chicken slices. ≈ 4 min
- Carefully roll everything up. ≈ 10 min
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Wrap the roll in parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Press it firmly to keep its shape. ≈ 3 min
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- When serving, cut the roll into slices. ≈ 8 min
- Garnish with mayonnaise. ≈ 2 min
