Strawberry banana marmalade with stevia
A low-sugar Serbian jam: a mixture of strawberries and bananas, cooked with vanilla sugar and stevia, then gelled and bottled upside down.
Stevia replaces the majority of the sugar, and a thickener ensures the consistency. This jam is quick to make and has a low sugar content.
