Serbian sweet bread with soy flour and dried fruit
A Serbian brioche made with wheat and soy flour, filled with dried grapes, apples, and figs, hazelnuts, orange juice, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar.
Soy flour enriches the dough with protein and makes it softer. Dried fruits, when soaked, make it a festive bread.
