Semolina and fresh cheese citrus cake
A Turkish “quivering” cake: semolina cooked with a milk flavored with citrus and vanilla, mixed with fresh cheese (lor) and eggs, and baked for an hour.
This cake is perfect for a light and delicious dessert. The orange and lemon zest add a touch of acidity that complements the sweet cream cheese perfectly.
