- Ideally, a special fish tank with a removable basket is used. ≈ 3 min
- Alternatively, you can place a plate upside down in a large, ordinary pot. ≈ 3 min
- Pour each plate, pour enough water so that it reaches the edge of the plate, without completely covering it. ≈ 3 min
- (In the pot, add just enough water so that it doesn’t overflow the basket.) Let the water come to a boil.
- Remove the skin and bones from the fish, then the brine. ≈ 3 min
- Place the fish in a dishcloth and set it on the plate inside the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Let it simmer until the fish is cooked through.
- The cooking time should be between 15 and 20 minutes.
