Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken in a pot with water, salt, and pepper. ≈ 3 min
  4. Cook until it is tender.
  5. In a pan, melt the butter and cook the chicken.
  6. Add the chorizo and the sausages. ≈ 3 min
  7. Pour in the broth and let it simmer.
  8. Add the olives, carrots, apples, and mushrooms. ≈ 3 min
  9. When the vegetables are tender, thicken the broth with flour mixed with water.
  10. Pour in into an oven-safe dish and top with hard-boiled eggs. ≈ 3 min
  11. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  12. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. ≈ 4 min
  13. Incorporate the vegetable fat. ≈ 4 min
  14. Just add enough water to form the dough. ≈ 3 min
  15. Roll out the dough on a surface until it is thin. ≈ 4 min
  16. Place it on top of the dish with the chicken. ≈ 3 min
  17. Trim the excess. ≈ 8 min
  18. Press the dough around the edges to help it stick and form a good seal. ≈ 3 min
  19. Brush with beaten egg and bake until the crust is golden brown.
