Fresh herb tabbouleh
A very green taboulé, rich in chopped parsley, basil, and mint, mixed with soaked bulgur and tomatoes: a fresh salad that can be prepared in advance.
The herb salad puts the focus on the flavors. Bulgur forms the base, and the herbs provide the freshness of the dish.
