Creamy garlic soup
A simple Swiss garlic soup: chopped garlic sautéed in butter, mixed with flour, then moistened with broth and finished with cream and chives.
Ready in just 20 minutes, this smooth soup softens the garlic by gently simmering it without adding any color. The addition of cream at the end, without boiling, gives it a rich, creamy texture.
