Cheese and guava paste empadinha
A sweet and savory empanada that combines grated Minas cheese and a piece of guava paste in a buttery, milky dough, baked until golden brown.
These little pastries combine salty cheese with guava paste, a very popular ingredient in Brazil. The combination is both delicate and surprising.
