Directions

  1. Pourz the cold yogurt into a bowl and whisk until smooth and lump-free. You can then refrigerate it for even longer.
  2. Place the potatoes and chickpeas in a large salad bowl. ≈ 3 min
  3. Add the onion, cilantro, smoked cumin, salt, black salt, chili pepper, and chaat masala.
  4. Gently mix all the ingredients together. ≈ 4 min
  5. To serve, first place the mixture of apple and chickpea in a bowl. ≈ 2 min
  6. Pour generously pour the whipped yogurt over. ≈ 3 min
  7. Divide the sweet chutney and the spicy chutney between the yogurt, according to your preference. ≈ 3 min
  8. Finish by sprinkling with fried vermicelli and pomegranate seeds, if desired. ≈ 2 min
