Directions
- Place the fresh cheese and blue cheese in a salad bowl and let them soften slightly in the microwave for a few seconds. ≈ 3 min
- Crush them with a fork while mixing the two ingredients together. ≈ 4 min
- If desired, add salt; also add a pinch of black pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Fill a piping bag with this cream and refrigerate it.
- Melt the butter in the microwave, then brush it onto the inside of the tartlet shells or patties. Let them cool.
- Using the blue cream, fill the tartlets, patties, or grilled bread.
- Garnish with half a walnut and half a grape. ≈ 2 min
