These crispy fritters combine small shrimp, thin pumpkin sticks, onion, and pine nuts, with rice flakes. Fried in a hot oil, they are served with a vinegar-based sauce, containing garlic and pepper.

Directions
- Mix the flour, cornstarch, and water until a thick paste forms.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Heat the oil paint in a pan.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the dough and form meatballs of the desired size. ≈ 10 min
- Fry them by dipping them in the oil paint.
- Continue cooking until they are a golden brown and crispy. ≈ 3 min
- Serve with a sauce made of vinegar, garlic, pepper, and salt. ≈ 2 min
