Directions
- Combine the water, milk, salt, and sugar in a pot. Bring this mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat.
- Add the yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes to activate.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and eggs. Then, add the heated liquid mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 1 hour. It should double in volume.
- After 1 hour, preheat your oven to 200 °C. Shape the dough into waffles or tart shells.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C, then reduce the temperature to 170 °C and bake for another 20 minutes.
