White cabbage braised in white wine and vinegar
A quick Spanish-style sauerkraut: finely shredded cabbage, sautéed in oil, then seasoned with white wine, vinegar, and bay leaf.
Sauerkraut is a traditional Belgian dish that is typically made with a lot of meat. However, this simplified version is perfect if you don’t want to spend too much time cooking, but still want to enjoy the flavor of cabbage.
