Directions
- A crucial step in preparing this dish is to soak the legumes and wheat, then cook them thoroughly until they release their starch.

- We chop the onion and then add it to the oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- If desired, a pinch of turmeric can be added for seasoning. ≈ 2 min
- We stir regularly to help the soup thicken.
- We wash and roughly chop the spinach, then add it to the soup. ≈ 3 min
- Once all the ingredients are cooked and the soup has thickened, it is strained.
- Then, we add some fried onions and fresh mint on top. ≈ 3 min
- To make the soup even thicker, you can brown 2 tablespoons of flour with a little oil, then add it to the soup towards the end of cooking. ≈ 3 min
- We mix everything well and let it simmer for a few minutes before straining the soup.
