Directions
- In a separate bowl, combine the onions, tomatoes, and green peppers. ≈ 4 min
- Heat the ghee in a pan.
- Return to the curry leaves and cinnamon sticks until they have released their aroma.
- Add the chopped onions and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Then, add the blended tomatoes and green peppers. ≈ 3 min
- Add the yogurt and mint. ≈ 3 min
- Add the rice and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour: Add sufficient water. ≈ 3 min
- Add the salt and food coloring, then mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- When the rice is cooked, sprinkle with fresh peas and fried onions. ≈ 2 min
- Cover the pot. ≈ 3 min
