Directions

  1. Peel and cut the cassava into small cubes. ≈ 8 min
  2. Peel the carrot and chop it into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  3. Boil the cassava cubes in boiling water until they are tender, then drain them.
  4. Boil the carrots in boiling water until they are tender, then drain them.
  5. Cook the coconut juice with sugar until it thickens.
  6. Cook the fish in a small amount of boiling water until they are tender, then drain them.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the cassava, carrot, fish gelatin, and maize flour. ≈ 4 min
  8. Pour: Pour the reduced coconut juice over the mixture and mix well.
  9. Cook the mixture in a pot until it thickens.
  10. Cut the coconut into pieces and place them in a bowl. ≈ 8 min
  11. Pour the cassava, carrot, and fish gelatin mixture onto the coconut. ≈ 3 min
  12. Serve chilled, garnished with cardamom leaves. ≈ 2 min
