Directions
- Peel the quinces. ≈ 8 min
- Cut them into 2 cm thick slices. ≈ 8 min
- Blanch the slices for 10 to 15 minutes in boiling water.
- Prepare the syrup using the blanching water. ≈ 3 min
- Pour over the hot syrup over the slices.
- Bring the jam to a boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let it rest for 8 hours.
- Repeat the cooking process 3 to 4 times. ≈ 3 min
