This gratin replaces the ground meat with Quorn or soy. Under a creamy leek-based sauce, it is a delicious meal for the whole family.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. First, sauté the vegetarian mince in margarine, then add the chopped or crushed garlic. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, sugar, and a little water if needed.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  4. Combine the ricotta, sour cream, and chopped leek. ≈ 4 min
  5. Grease a gratin dish, place the spaghetti at the bottom, cover with the leek mixture, and then top with the tomato and meat mixture. ≈ 3 min
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  • 20 grams of margarine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 500 to 600g of Quorn (or soy) mince
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 400 to 500 ml of heavy cream
  • 1 package of fresh cheese, similar to Philadelphia-style
  • 1 large leek
  • 300 to 500g of long, ribbon-shaped spaghetti
