Directions
- Peel and chop the onions. ≈ 8 min
- Please bring back the onions, cooked in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
- Use coarsely ground barley or barley flour (450g). ≈ 3 min
- Soak the soy noodles in soy sauce, then let them sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix the soybeans with water and let them soak for 10 minutes.
- In separate bowls, combine the oatmeal and crushed wheat with water, then let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the caramelized onions, the soy meatballs, the oatmeal and spelt mixture, and the egg substitute. Mix well and season to your liking. The spices develop more flavor when mixed with the onions.
