Directions
- Peel the onion and chop it finely. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the other vegetables. ≈ 2 min
- Peel the apples, cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and white fibers. ≈ 8 min
- Dice the zucchini, the apples, and the bell pepper into small pieces, and dice the cucumber. ≈ 8 min
- In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil paint, then sauté the vegetables for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Grease the heat-resistant container, then place the vegetables inside. ≈ 3 min
- Sprinkle with oregano and basil, and press firmly. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. ≈ 2 min
