Directions
- Soak the dried prunes in hot water for two hours.
- Peel the onions and chop them into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Fry them in oil until they are golden brown.
- Form the ground beef into 2 cm diameter meatballs. ≈ 10 min
- Fry them with the onions until they change color.
- Add 3 to 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Finely chop the herbs. ≈ 8 min
- Add the herbs, the prune juice, salt, and pepper to the meatballs. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
