Directions
- Prepare two batches of dough in separate bowls, one at a time. Warm the water to 37 °C, add the yeast, and dissolve it in a small amount of water.
- Add the remaining water, oil, salt, and basil, then gradually add the spelt flour, keeping some aside for shaping. Knead on a floured surface and let rise for about 30 minutes.
- While you’re doing that, preheat the oven to 175 °C. Dice the onions and sauté them in the oil with the sambal and a generous amount of garam masala.
- Add the tomatoes, soy, and soy sauce, and let simmer for ten minutes. Chop the broccoli and finely chop the mushrooms (and the banana).
- For the sauce, heat a generous amount of curry powder in a saucepan, add the oat cream, stir, heat through, and season with salt.
- Grease the pan, spread the first layer of dough, and top it with a mixture of tomato sauce, vegetables, corn, and cashews. Then, pour the sauce over the cashews, making sure it covers them completely, otherwise they will burn. ≈ 4 min
- Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven, and prepare the second pizza while it’s baking.
