Valencian chicken and rabbit paella
A Spanish paella made with saffron and white beans, simmered with chicken and rabbit in a flavorful broth. The bottom of the pan is golden brown.
Paella originates from the Valencia region. The rice absorbs all the broth, and the golden-brown crust is a sign of a well-made dish. It is prepared in a large frying pan.
