Directions
- Cut the potatoes into 3 cm pieces using a specific cutting technique. ≈ 8 min
- Each piece has a pointed end. ≈ 3 min
- Soak the potato pieces in water for about 5 minutes to remove the starch.
- Drain and dry. ≈ 2 min
- Fry the potatoes for 4 to 5 minutes in oil heated to 160 °C.
- Combine the icing ingredients in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Turn on the stove and heat it to medium.
- Remove the container and gently stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients. ≈ 4 min
- Once the mixture is warm, do not stir it! ≈ 4 min
- To check its consistency, place a small drop of the mixture in a glass of water. ≈ 3 min
- The mixture should be smooth, but not dissolve. ≈ 3 min
- Add the French-style apple fries to the mixture.
- Stir with a wooden spoon to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed over the apples. ≈ 4 min
- Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. ≈ 2 min
