Directions
- In a bowl, combine the tahini, olive oil, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Add the flour and frying powder, then mix well to obtain a smooth batter.
- On a floured surface, form small balls of dough. Adjust them as needed to achieve the desired shape. ≈ 10 min
- Place the dough balls on a griddle covered with parchment paper, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and bake until the kurabiyes are golden brown and crispy. This will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
