Fresh cheese cream and gelatin
A basic cream made with fresh cheese, cream, and gelatin, which is smooth and stable, is ideal for frosting a cold cake or creating a homemade pie filling.
This cream cheese-based filling is a basic recipe: it can be spread on a pastry crust or between layers of biscuits, and it sets when chilled. The gelatin helps it to hold its shape.
