Tiramisu is a traditional Italian dessert. You can make it using gluten-free biscuits and lactose-free dairy products. The recipe does not require the use of an oven.

Directions
- Arrange the cookies on a sheet of parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and add sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Let the mixture cool.
- Whip the cream to create a mousse, then add the remaining filling ingredients and mix until a smooth consistency is achieved. ≈ 4 min
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. ≈ 2 min
- Brush the cookies with a mixture of coffee. ≈ 4 min
- Arrange half of the cookies on a plate in the desired shape. ≈ 3 min
- Spread half of the filling evenly over the cookies. ≈ 4 min
- Add another layer of cookies and a layer of filling on top of the cookie layer. ≈ 3 min
- Clean the edges and top, for example, with a knife. ≈ 8 min
- Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder just before serving. ≈ 2 min
- Get your coffee ready. ≈ 3 min
- If you wish, you can add Marsala wine to your coffee (2 cups of coffee, 1 cup of wine). ≈ 3 min
- Place a layer of coffee-soaked biscuits at the bottom of the dish. ≈ 3 min
- Add a small spoonful of Marsala wine (and Amaretto) over the biscuits, if you haven’t already added it to your coffee. ≈ 3 min
- Whisk the sugar and egg yolks together until you have a light and airy meringue. ≈ 4 min
- If you wish, you can add a small amount of amaretto to the foam to enhance the flavor. ≈ 3 min
- Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Gently mix the cheese and whipped cream together. ≈ 4 min
- Then, gently fold in the protein foam. ≈ 3 min
- Spread the mixture evenly over the dough layer. ≈ 3 min
- Let it cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Before serving, lightly dust the top with cocoa powder. ≈ 2 min
