Tiramisu is a popular Italian dessert, often referred to as “Italian mascarpone cake.” It is simple and delicious.

Directions

  1. First, mix the ground coffee and sugar syrup in the hot water to create a concentrated coffee. ≈ 4 min

  4. Pour the crème fraîche into a glass bowl, then whisk for about 20 minutes, until the cream thickens and no longer drips (as shown in the image).

  9. Place the cheese in a separate glass bowl and gently mash it. ≈ 4 min
  10. Next, add the crème fraîche gradually (do not add all at once), mixing thoroughly after each addition, until you achieve a pale yellow mixture. ≈ 3 min
  11. Once all the cream has been mixed with the cheese, add a small amount of vanilla oil paint and mix again to achieve a smooth consistency. ≈ 4 min

  15. IV. Quickly dip each biscuit into the concentrated coffee, submerging it in the small bowl (the speed should be appropriate, neither too fast nor too slow), and then place it in a larger bowl.
