Directions
- Arrange the tilapia fillets side-by-side in a lightly oiled baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the the white wine over the fish, then sprinkle with the chopped garlic, most of the herbs, onion, and season to taste. Place half of the butter on top of each fillet. ≈ 2 min
- Cover with a lightly oiled sheet of aluminum foil to seal the fish, then bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Transfer the tilapia fillets to a serving dish and keep them warm. Pour the juices into a saucepan, add the cornstarch, and simmer for 2 minutes. Then, add the cream.
- Pour the sauce over the fish, and serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs. ≈ 2 min
