Directions
- Thoroughly mix the sugar with the agar-agar powder, without separating them. If the powder is added directly to the boiling water, it will form clumps.
- Pour 3 litres of water, bring to a boil in a saucepan, then add the sugar and agar mixture and stir until dissolved. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
- Pour servir, pour into a mold or large bowl. Remove any skin that forms on the surface as it cools, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm. Turn out onto a serving dish and cut into pieces.
- Steep the tea in 2 liters of boiling water for 20 minutes, then strain. Gently press the leaves, add 1.5 liters of cold water, strain again, and pour this liquid into the saucepan: you will have a very concentrated, dark green tea.
- Add a small bowl of concentrated milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar semolina to the tea, then stir until dissolved: the drink will turn a pale green color. ≈ 4 min
- Add the jelly pieces to the drink, add ice, and enjoy. ≈ 3 min
