Tas kabab, Ardabil layered meat and vegetable stew
A specialty dish from Ardabil: meat simmered for an hour, followed by carrots, eggplant, a type of apple, and zucchini, then onion, tomato, and green bell…
Despite its name, “kebab” is not a skewer; it’s a stew in which vegetables are added gradually, according to their cooking time. It is typically eaten with bread.
