Directions
- Mix the milk, egg, and water together. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the flour, sugar, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture, while constantly stirring, until a smooth batter is formed, similar to pancake batter. ≈ 3 min
- If the dough is too thick, add a little more water. ≈ 3 min
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Grease the pan with a small amount of canola oil paint, turning the pan to ensure the entire surface is coated.
- Pour in a small amount of dough into the pan.
- Immediately tilt the pan in all directions to apply a thin layer of paste to the entire surface.
- Cook the pancakes for about 1 minute.
- Next, gently lift the edges with a spatula, flip them over, and cook for another minute.
- The pancakes should be lightly golden on both sides. ≈ 3 min
- Remove the pancakes and set them aside. ≈ 3 min
- Repeat the greasing and cooking steps until all of the dough is used. ≈ 3 min
- Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
