Directions
- Cut the meat into 60 to 70 gram pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Place the pieces in a pot. ≈ 3 min
- Add broth and saffron juice.
- Cook them in their own juices.
- Melt the onion separately in the clarified butter.
- Arrange the cooked meat on top of the onions. ≈ 3 min
- Add the citric acid. ≈ 3 min
- Mix well, then pour the beaten eggs over the top. ≈ 4 min
- Cook until the eggs are set.
- When serving, garnish with tomato slices. ≈ 2 min
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and dill. ≈ 2 min
- Serve the dish with the yogurt on the side. ≈ 2 min
