Taboulé is a traditional Middle Eastern salad that comes in many variations. Here, we are preparing a fresh and light version, perfect for summer meals.

Directions
- Cook the bulgur for about 10 minutes, until the water has been absorbed, then transfer it to a bowl.
- We chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- We chop the mint, parsley, and green onion, then add them to a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Season with oil paint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then refrigerate. ≈ 2 min
