Directions
- Combine the pumpkin puree and 800 grams of water until you have a smooth, even mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Boil the remaining water, then add the pumpkin and the water mixture to a pot of boiling water, stirring constantly (in one direction).
- After cooking for an additional 3 minutes, add the seaweed broth and turn off the heat.
- Heat a pan, then pour in vegetable oil paint.
- Bring back the peppercorns, green chili peppers, ginger, and garlic, sautéing them over high heat, then turning off the heat.
- Then, add the sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped onions. ≈ 3 min
