Directions
- Bring 40 to 45 minutes of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the cod, haddock, and burbot heads to the boiling water to create the base of the broth.
- Add the mussels, shrimp, and mushrooms, along with a splash of white wine. ≈ 3 min
- After 10 minutes, add a sauce made with chili peppers and tomatoes, along with slices of perch, cod, and burbot.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
- At the last minute, add the green peas and asparagus. ≈ 3 min
