Directions
- Heat about two tablespoons of oil paint in a large pot.
- Finely chop the Allium ascalonicum (shallots), Allium sativum (garlic), turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, and hot peppers. ≈ 3 min
- Pour cela, add them to the warm oil paint and continue stirring until they release their fragrance.
- Grill the coconut until it is cooked evenly, then set it aside to add to the dish later.
- Once the spice mixture is ready, add the meat, along with the oil and spices. ≈ 3 min
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the meat releases its juices.
- Add a little water if needed to continue cooking. ≈ 3 min
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens and the meat is tender, then serve. ≈ 2 min
