Directions

  1. Season the cod fillets and arrange them on a plate. ≈ 2 min
  2. Using a spoon, distribute the shrimp evenly over 8 halves of cod, then cover with the remaining slices. ≈ 3 min
  3. Coat them in flour, then in egg, and fry them in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper. ≈ 3 min
  5. Serve them with an American-style sauce, a green sauce, or a sauce with green peas. ≈ 2 min
