Directions

  1. In a large bowl, soak the chicken in a mixture of milk, pepper, salt, and bay leaf.
  2. Cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next day, rinse the chicken in a colander. ≈ 2 min
  4. Heat the oil for deep frying.
  5. Coat the chicken in flour, then fry it in hot oil until it is cooked and golden brown.
