- Peel and finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min

- Slice the mushrooms. ≈ 8 min
- Peel and grate the carrots. ≈ 8 min
- Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and then slice it into strips. ≈ 8 min
- Peel and chop the celery into small cubes. ≈ 8 min
- Slice the Allium ascalonicum into rounds. ≈ 8 min
- Gently whisk the eggs with the five-spice powder. ≈ 4 min
- Add the vegetables with a pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar, to taste. ≈ 3 min
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the omelette for about 10 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
