Directions
- Clean the sea bass, make an incision on its back, and marinate it for 1 hour in a mixture of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the red chili pepper, sugar, salt, and pepper together. ≈ 4 min
- Fill the fish with this mixture. ≈ 10 min
- Place the remaining ingredients on top of the fish and put it in a baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Mix the tomato sauce and the oil paint, then pour over the fish. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 1 hour, or until the fish is cooked through.
