Directions
- Cut the lamb and the onion into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Add the ground meat, cooked rice, soaked chickpeas, peeled and finely chopped chestnuts, chopped tomatoes, herbs, pepper, and salt to the mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Thoroughly mix the filling. ≈ 4 min
- Place the cabbage in the boiling water, then separate the leaves.
- Divide the filling into three portions per serving, and roll them into square packages. ≈ 10 min
- Place the packages in a container. ≈ 3 min
- Pour, and cook.
- 20 minutes before the end of cooking, add the juice made with sugar and vinegar.
