Directions
- Sift the flour. ≈ 2 min
- Add the water and salt, and knead into a firm dough. ≈ 10 min
- Spread the dough to a thickness of 1 mm. ≈ 4 min
- Cut out circles the size of a dinner plate. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the wound several times with warm water, then rinse it with cold water. ≈ 2 min
- Chop the pancetta and onions. ≈ 3 min
- Add the pomegranate seeds and mix. ≈ 4 min
- Place the filling on one half of each circle of dough. ≈ 3 min
- Fold the other half over in a crescent shape. ≈ 3 min
- Fold the edges. ≈ 3 min
- Coat in hot fat, in a pan.
